The Linford Garden Club has been hard at work preparing and planting new seeds!
Congratulations to both Rock River and Laramie Middle School for being named a 2024-2025 Capturing Kids’ Hearts National Showcase School. This award recognizes schools that excel in providing an environment where students thrive in all aspects of learning. It is an honor to be recognized for the hard work that educators and staff have contributed to the students of Albany County, congratulations!
The 40th Annual Hapi-ness 5K will be held on Saturday, May 17th at 9:00 am. The Happiness 5K began in 1987, started by the 9th grade class of Laramie Junior High School in memory of their classmate, Hapi Patterson, who passed away from leukemia that year. Since then, this event has helped numerous families facing medical challenges and other hardships.
