Albany County Rec Board applications for 2027-28 are now open!!!!

A Few Key Notes:

• ACSD1 is the sponsoring agency for all staff and Booster Clubs/PTOs/PTAs applying on behalf of ACSD1 students, clubs, or activities. Any equipment or materials purchased with awarded funds will be property of the district.

• Booster Clubs, PTOs, and PTAs wishing to apply must have a coach or principal submit on their behalf. If they are contributing funds to the project, please mark yes on question #14 and list the amount on question #15.

• Although the application PDF states that you can skip to question #29, you will see when submitting online that you do still need to answer questions 10-17.

• Please use the budget template linked here when listing all expenses associated with the project you are seeking funding for. You will make this a PDF and combine it with your quotes for each item listed on this sheet to submit ONE PDF for question #29.

Application Review Timeline:

• January – Review by ACSD1 Lead Team

• February – Approval by ACSD1 Board

• March/April – Review and approval by Rec Board

• July – Final budget approval by the ACSD1 Board
