PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Albany County Board of Education will hold its scheduled Work Session on Wednesday, August 5 at 6:30 PM, as a multi-site facility tour. The Board will convene the meeting at the Administrative Building, Board Room (1948 Grand Avenue, Laramie, WY). The Board will briefly recess to travel to the Teaching & Learning Center (1721 Park Avenue, Laramie, WY) to begin a walkthrough tour, briefly recess to travel to the new Central Office/Operations Building (2931 Soldier Springs Road, Laramie, WY) to tour that facility, and formally adjourn the meeting at the new Central Office location. This Work Session is open to the public.

MEETING ITINERARY:

• 6:30 PM – Call to Order & Recess for Travel: Convene at the Administrative Building, Board Room (1948 Grand Avenue, Laramie, WY) and temporarily recess to travel.

• 6:40 PM – TLC Tour: Reconvene in the Main Entrance Hallway of the Teaching & Learning Center (1721 Park Avenue, Laramie, WY) for a walkthrough tour.

• 7:15 PM – Recess for Travel: The Board will temporarily recess to travel to the new Central Office/Operations Building.

• 7:30 PM – Reconvene & Central Office Tour: Reconvene in the Main Entrance Hallway of the Central Office/Operations Building (2931 Soldier Springs Road, Laramie, WY) for a walkthrough tour.

• 8:15 PM – Adjournment: The Board will formally adjourn the Work Session at the new Central Office/Operations Building.
