The Albany County School Board met on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, and approved the following personnel recommendations, program actions, business items, and policy changes:
Personnel Recommendations: The School Board reviewed and approved the monthly personnel actions including resignations, retirements, extra duty assignments, additional duties, classified appointments, and certified appointments.

Bids:
The School Board approved a bid from Dooley Oil to be the fuel and gasoline provider for the 2026-2027 school year.
The School Board approved a bid from Blakeman Propane to be the propane provider at Rock River for the 2026-2027 school year.
The School Board approved a bid from Blakeman Propane to be the propane provider at Centennial for the 2026-2027 school year.
Donations:
The School Board approved a $2,720 donation from The Wyoming Hunger Initiative and Hilton Garden Inn to the ACSD#1 Food Service Program.
Letter of Support: The School Board approved the recommendation to submit a letter of support for Homes for Every Local Protector, Educator, and Responder The HELPER Act.
Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Amendment: The School Board approved the fiscal year 2026 budget amendment.
Resolution Supporting the One-Mill Recreation Levy for Fiscal Year 2027: The School Board approved the Recreation Mill Resolution expressing support for the one-mill recreation levy for Fiscal Year 2027 and the Board’s intent to consider and approve the levy at the July 15, 2026 Budget Hearing.
Sodexo Food Service Contract Amendment: The School Board approved the amendment to the contract with Sodexo for the provision of school breakfast and lunch services.
Pathways, Inc. Memorandum of Understanding Renewal Addendum Two: The School Board approved Addendum Two to the Memorandum of Understanding with Pathways, Inc., the ACSD#1 Employee Assistant Program provider, extending the effective end date of the agreement to June 30, 2028.
