The Albany County School Board met on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 and approved the following personnel recommendations, program actions, business items, and policy changes:
Personnel Recommendations: The School Board reviewed and approved the monthly
personnel actions including resignations, retirements, extra duty assignments, additional
duties, classified appointments, and certified appointments.

Federal and State Grants Financial Report.
Permission to Solicit Bids for Items Required to Fulfill Conditional Use Permit Requirements at Beitel Elementary: The School Board authorized District administration to solicit bids for items required to fulfill the Conditional Use Permit requirements at Beitel Elementary.
Permission to Solicit Bids for Central Office Design Services: The School Board authorized District administration to solicit bids for Central Office Design Services.
Permission to Solicit Bids for Spring Creek Elementary School Roof Replacement: The School Board authorized district administration to solicit bids for the Spring Creek Elementary School roof replacement project.
Permission to Solicit Bids for Whiting High School Roof Replacement: The School Board authorized District administration to solicit bids for the roof replacement at Whiting High School.
Wyoming School Board Association Representative: The School Board elected Nathan Martin to serve as the WSBA Delegate Assembly Representative.
Real Estate Brokerage Services for the Sale of School District Property: The School Board approved Real Estate 1 to provide real estate brokerage services for the sale of School District property.
