The FastTrack system will remain available to employees and applicants until June 30, 2025. Employees and applicants are encouraged to review their FastTrack profile and save any necessary application information to make applying on SchoolSpring more efficient.

SchoolSpring requires you to create an account to begin the process of applying for a job posting.  Once your account is created, you can select the job posting you are interested in and submit your online application. SchoolSpring will not allow you to submit your application for the job posting until all the requirements are completed.

The job application is split into several sections so it is not necessary to complete the application all at once, as you will be able to save your progress, exit the program, and come back at any time to complete the job application.

Application Review and Hiring Process

  • Your application will be reviewed for current positions based upon qualifications.

  • You must update your application once a year or it will become inactive.

  • Upon hire, HR will send you an email containing information to complete the onboarding process.

  • For questions regarding position qualifications or application procedures, please email the Human Resources Department at Email Human Resources or call (307) 721-4400.
