ACSD#1 Application Process
All applications for employment with ACSD#1 must be completed through SchoolSpring
Please note that you must create a profile in SchoolSpring to be able to apply for a position.
SchoolSpring requires you to create an account to begin the process of applying for a job posting. Once your account is created, you can select the job posting you are interested in and submit your online application. SchoolSpring will not allow you to submit your application for the job posting until all the requirements are completed.
The job application cannot be saved as a draft to be completed later. You will need to submit the application during the same session. Please note, the session will timeout after an hour of inactivity. For additional help on how to complete an application, please review SchoolSpring Job Board Help and the Candidate Portal Applicant FAQ. If you have questions about submitted attachments, please see How to Update Submitted Attachments.
Certified Internal Transfer Application
Certified employees seeking a transfer into a similar position pursuant to ACSD#1 Administrative Regulation 5004-AR are eligible to access the internal transfer application during the transfer window. Instructions on how to access the certified internal transfer application can be found below. The deadline for certified internal transfer applications completion is April 15th of the given school year. The District reserves the right to request that an employee complete a full application if the employee is seeking a new position outside of the transfer window or District administration determines that the transfer request is not a similar position to the employee’s current assignment.
