Laramie Middle School Sports & Activities 2026-2027

August 12, 2026 - Drive through Sports Forms Drop Off 4:30-5:45 PM - Enter the bus loop on 22nd St or park in the back parking lot.

ALL 2026 Fall Sports start at 3:30pm on Aug. 17, 2026!

All Athletics and Activities at LMS Fall Under the LMS Code of Conduct and District and School Eligibility Policy

Forms needed: Physical with proof of Insurance (policy number) AND LMS Code of Conduct

Important Information and Links

According to ACSD#1 policy, before being allowed to participate, all athletes must have on file in the Laramie Middle School Main Office:

*** LMS Parent Activity Form (This is a Google Form) Parents fill out this form for each student participating in any sport, Math Counts, Band, Orchestra, or Choir

****Sports Physical (the sports physical must be fully completed on both sides and include signatures and insurance information) Dated after May 1st of the current school year. When printing Sports Physicals, select Fit to printable page to insure printing the document in it's entirety.

***Please do not have your doctor fax us the physical, it is a two sided document that needs to be completed & signed by parents/guardians. ***

****LMS Code Of Conduct that has been signed by both the student and parent/guardian.

Other items required by LMS are as follows:

A copy of current immunizations must be on file in the nurse’s office before the first game/meet of the season.

For Any Questions Regarding Home School or Virtual Student participation please call LMS Main Office (307) 721-4430 - Athletics and Activities - Option 5 on the Automated School Directory.

Parents/Guardians wishing to have their child ride home with them after an out of town game need to sign our Travel Release Form and leave it with the coach.
