• **Who is affected?**All ACSD#1 Canvas Users
• Problem: Automatic grade sync in Canvas showing time-out error.
• Systems Involved:
• Details: Some people are experiencing an issue with automatically syncing grades from Canvas to PowerSchool. Manually syncing grades by going to Grade Sync in Canvas, then Utilities, and then select Remaster Grade Passback, appears to be successfully syncing grades to PowerSchool.
• Updates: This issue appears to be resolved. As of this morning at 1:11am, I'm only seeing a few accounts with the time out exchange error.
• Problem Resolution: We implemented an update to the SIS module in PowerSchool and Canvas and PowerSchool made some changes to our SIS sync.
