What Services can we Provide?
New
The Technology Department has launched a new Virtual Helpdesk offering ACSD#1 faculty and staff an in-person experience. Staring Monday, the 24th of August, Technology will provide two blocks of time where users can connect with a live technician.

Help Tickets
This year Technology has teamed up with M & O to combine resources and streamline user requests. The two departments now share the ML WorkOrders ticketing system. One system to submit either a Maintenance ticket or a Technology ticket.
How to Submit a Help Ticket
- By ClassLink
- Log into ClassLink and navigate to the "District Resources" folder
- Choose ML WorkOrders
- In the upper right portion of the page Choose the green New Request button.
- Choose either Maintenance or Technology
- Technology Homepage (The page you are on now)
- Choose the blue button "Submit a Technology Helpdesk Request"
- Employee Resources Page
- Choose the icon that has a hammer and wrench with the titled Maintenance WorkOrders
- In the upper right portion of the page Choose the green New Request button.
- Choose either Maintenance or Technology
