LARAMIE, Wyo. (April 6, 2021) – Starting with the Board of Education work session on Wednesday, April 7, Albany County School District #1 (ACSD#1) will be transitioning to YouTube to live stream its board meetings.

All meetings will be available live and on demand at ACSD#1’s YouTube page, linked here.

For this week’s work session only, anyone interested in watching can also watch via Zoom Webinar as an attendee, linked here. This will ensure that the meeting will be available to watch live in case of any unforeseen issues with the first YouTube stream. Anyone who chooses to watch as an attendee on Zoom will have to enter their email address and name.

For those interested in public comment at regular meetings, sign up will still work the same way. Then, you will be emailed an invitation to a Zoom webinar shortly after 3 p.m. on the day of the regular board meeting. Once the board meeting starts, and you enter the webinar, the webinar leader will place you on hold, meaning you will not be able to hear or see the meeting.

If you would like to follow the meeting, please watch it on YouTube. Please keep in mind, there is a 10-20 second delay on the live stream, so remember to keep an eye on your zoom screen for when you are welcomed in to make your comment.

Please mute the YouTube stream while you are making your comments, in order to stop an echo from starting.

After your three minutes are up, you will be placed on hold again for the remainder of the meeting. If you wish to continue watching the meeting, you will be able to watch on the YouTube page linked above.
